From product sourcing and customization to production, quality control and global delivery, we support every stage of your project.
We start with the buyer’s sourcing inquiry, review the destination market and applicable toy safety requirements such as CE or ASTM, then prepare product samples and a pro forma invoice (PI). Production proceeds after the customer approves the sample and confirms the order details.
Once the sample is approved, we finalize the confirmed customization requirements for production, including brand printing and the agreed product details. The production specification follows the customer-approved sample and order confirmation.
During production, we prepare customized foreign-language packaging and brand printing according to the approved order, keeping the packaging presentation aligned with the destination market requirements.
We review CE or ASTM requirements before sampling. Before shipment, an inspection agency can conduct a full on-site inspection. We also prepare the commercial invoice and packing list and complete commodity inspection and export customs declaration.
Production starts after receipt of the 30% deposit. We coordinate sea or air freight booking, ship the goods internationally, and release the bill of lading after the balance is paid. The buyer then handles destination customs clearance and duties. Products can enter an overseas warehouse for local distribution and end-consumer sales. We continue with after-sales support for damage or quality issues and follow up on repeat orders.
